We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. We have 1500+ Salon & Spa locations across the US, all located within a Senior Living Environment.

Schedule & Requirements

• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
• Part-time, 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
• 6-hour shifts (9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a salon professional, "PS Pro," you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. • 50% commission per service performed
• Average earning of $22 per hour based on the 50% commission pay structure

Duties

• Provide a wide range of cosmetology services including haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, and roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area following health and safety regulations
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with the community
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to create a welcoming environment

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on rapport-building
• Experience with seniors, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
