Drybar Charleston | Full-Time Stylist + Education Leadership

Do you love teaching as much as you love doing hair?

Drybar Charleston is seeking an exceptional Shop Educator to help develop the next generation of Drybar stylists while continuing to build your own book behind the chair.

This is a hands‑on role for a stylist who is passionate about technical excellence, mentoring others, and creating confidence through education. You'll spend most of your time working directly with guests while serving as the shop's lead trainer, coach, and technical resource for the team.

Hiring for the set schedule: Monday 11am-7pm, Tuesday 11am-7pm, Wednesday OFF, Thursday OFF, Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 11am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm.
