Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Cosmetologist – Barber Stylist to deliver flawless cuts, fades, and shaves, while building great vibes with clients.

You’ll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or receive a guaranteed minimum wage, with take-home based on whichever is higher. Typical earnings are described as $33.50–$66/hour across our shops.

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license.
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless fades, rich color, and next-level shaves.

You’ll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You’ll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home – simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $33.50 – $66/hour.
