About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional hair styling services and create memorable client experiences. As the bridge between creativity and personal style, you’ll provide cutting, coloring, and styling that enhance client confidence. This role requires artistry, client focus, and a professional mindset.

Hair Stylist Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences
• Consult with clients to recommend styling options and hair care solutions
• Collaborate with salon team members to maintain a positive environment
• Keep workstations and tools clean and sanitized per health regulations
• Stay current on hair styling trends, techniques, and product innovations
• Schedule and manage client appointments for efficient service delivery
• Recommend and sell hair care products to enhance client results
• Align styling services with salon standards and client expectations
• Educate clients on styling techniques and maintenance routines

Hair Stylist Qualifications and Skills
