The Lash Lounge Shiloh – Green Mount Crossing is a premier eyelash salon seeking a Lash Stylist. We value team orientation, learning, and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and committed to the safe application of eyelash extensions while helping guests look and feel their best. Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: provide a friendly, helpful attitude to guests.
• Perform high quality eyelash extension services and related services (lash/brow tinting, lash lifts, threading).
• Educate guests on proper lash care and aftercare products.
• Promote products and memberships to guests.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and leads programs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work environment and assist with salon cleanliness.
• Assist with promotional events to market the salon and brand.
• Other duties as prescribed.

We are looking for a Lash Stylist who is team oriented and eager to learn and grow in their craft! We seek a self-motivated, friendly and responsible Lash Stylist who understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions and enjoys working with people. This position is critical to the success of the salon and contributes to the positive reputation and overall culture that is conveyed to each and everyone of our guests.

Responsibilities Include

• Guest Experience: This is at the top of our list of importance at The Lash Lounge. We aim to provide the highest level of experience for our guests by showcasing a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services and ancillary services to include lash & brow tinting, lash lifts, and facial threading
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommends exclusive after care products
• Understands ands promotes products and memberships
• Generates new clientele through our amazing referral and leads programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment and assist with the cleanliness of the salon
• Assist with promotional events at the salon or outside the salon to help market the salon and build the brand
• Other duties as prescribed

Required Skills

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Illinois
• Customer service focused with emphasis on guest satisfaction
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Exceptional attention to detail & ability to personalize each service
• Strong work ethic
• Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays as required
