Job Description

Our “SKIN EXPERT” (Cosmetologist) is responsible for performing brow tints, laminations, henna, lash lifts and tints, and facial waxing. The SKIN EXPERT must maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate records. Providing excellent customer service, achieving service and product goals, and following FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines are essential. Applicants must be 18+ with an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services such as brow lamination and lash lifts.
• Recommend services and rebook clients.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures to ensure Board compliance.
• Collaborate with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and high customer service standards.
• Work with the Salon Manager to ensure supply needs are met.
• Assist in store operational processes.
• Adhere to store standards at all times.
• Follow company timekeeping procedures accurately.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Cosmetology License with experience in Lash Lifts + Tint, Brow Henna, Brow Tint, and Brow Lamination (training available).
• Experience in facials.
• Experience in eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Availability: Some Nights and Weekends Required
