Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Retail Sales Support in Pensacola, FL to help drive in-store education, sales, and brand presence. You will work a 30-hour weekly schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, delivering engaging product knowledge and customer service at the store level.

You will lead in-store education, execute events and trainings, and collaborate with store teams and partners to maximize sales while maintaining brand standards and a polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled store shift.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build strong collaborative relationships internally and with external partners.
• Implement SEE focus strategy to drive in-store results aligned with corporate objectives.
• Complete all administrative tasks by due date (timesheets, gondola photos, etc.).
• Uphold dress code guidelines and reflect current trends in artistry.
• Adhere to pre-scheduled shifts and be on time and ready to work.
• Liaise between brand and store partnership to support initiatives.
