Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager to lead domestic and international regulatory compliance for a cosmetics manufacturer. This role serves as the primary regulatory resource for internal teams, customers, distributors, regulatory authorities, and external partners while supporting business growth and minimizing regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; cosmetics regulatory knowledge strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of cosmetic regulatory affairs, compliance, or related experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Regulatory Affairs & Compliance operations, systems, records and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with FDA cosmetic regulations and MoCRA, including registrations and renewals.
• Manage adverse event reporting program and FDA submissions.
• Conduct consumer/regulatory risk assessments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee domestic and international product registrations and labeling requirements.
• Serve as primary regulatory contact for external partners and internal teams.
• Review ingredients, labels, packaging for regulatory compliance, including Prop 65.
• Oversee packaging, recycling and EPR environmental compliance.
• Provide regulatory training to employees and cross-functional teams.
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory inquiries.
