Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in raw material sourcing or chemical procurement.
• Experience sourcing cosmetic ingredients, active and functional chemicals, fragrances, and related materials.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and procurement systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and purchasing for cosmetic and personal care raw materials.
• Identify and manage suppliers for active ingredients, chemicals, fragrances, and formulation materials.
• Evaluate supplier capability, pricing, lead times, and regulatory documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQs, and service levels; drive cost savings.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure compliance and supply continuity.
