Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a diligent Compounder to weigh, blend, and process cosmetic raw materials using homogenizers and mixing vessels. This role follows batch records, SOPs, and GMP to ensure product quality and safety.

The candidate will monitor temperatures and processing times, perform equipment setup and cleaning, maintain records, and collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating cosmetic manufacturing mixers, including homogenizers and agitators.
• Familiarity with handling and processing cosmetic raw materials.
• Ability to follow batch instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand basic English manufacturing documents and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate cosmetic manufacturing equipment including Homogenizers, Agitators, and Mixing Vessels.
• Weigh, charge, blend, and process cosmetic raw materials according to approved batch manufacturing records.
• Monitor mixing parameters such as temperature, speed, vacuum, and processing time.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and hygiene requirements.
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance activities.
• Record production data accurately and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
