Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group (IBG) is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support product development initiatives in cosmetic packaging and manufacturing. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track, manage samples, and ensure timely delivery.

This role requires 2–3 years in product development/sourcing, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Wrike and Netsuite.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in Product Development/Sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in cosmetics/beauty industry is an asset.
• Previous experience working with international factories and vendors.
• Familiarity with Wrike and Netsuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end management of product development timelines — from concept briefing through production and delivery.
• Coordinate project milestones across cross-functional teams and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned.
• Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical specifications, artwork components, lead times, and production details.
• Prepare and maintain cost quotes, price proposals, and vendor documentation.
• Communicate project updates to clients, confirm development details, and support alignment on next steps.
• Track sample orders, purchase orders, and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting to internal and client teams.
• Help prepare product presentations, development documents, and supporting materials for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Assist with issue resolution by coordinating feedback and input from suppliers, operations, and internal departments.
