Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Packaging Consultant (Design & Development) for a contract (3-6 months) in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite). The role leads packaging milestones, ensures quality, and collaborates with Marketing, Design, and Production to meet goals and cost constraints.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in packaging development, color matching experience, and a strong ability to read technical drawings. Bachelor’s degree required; CAD literacy preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in packaging development.
• Experience in packaging color matching.
• Understanding of material selection.
• Ability to read technical drawings and review AW files.
• Knowledge of homologation testing procedures.
• Self-starter comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical milestones of Packaging Development, including stock packaging selection and drawing validation for custom packaging.
• Coordinate homologation and compatibility testing activities.
• Assess industrialization feasibility at filler line trial validation.
• Oversee color and decoration execution (color matching and deco trials).
• Validate pack-out for components and shipper development; perform ship testing.
