Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences seeks a detail-oriented Lab Technician III to support consumer product testing in Clark, NJ. You will coordinate samples, maintain supplies, and document study activities while collaborating with scientists and evaluation teams.

The role emphasizes cosmetics and personal care products, with on-site work and a 4-day week. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Interest in cosmetics and personal care products.
• Salon or spa experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable interacting with study volunteers and sensory panelists.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate product samples, orders and laboratory supplies.
• Maintain inventory and ensure testing materials are available when needed.
• Update project tracking files and maintain accurate study records.
• Support scientists with daily laboratory operations and testing protocols.
• Document study activities, protocol adjustments and findings.
• Collaborate with evaluation teams, study participants and sensory panelists.
• Coordinate with participant recruitment teams from initiation to completion.
• Manage multiple appointments and projects while adapting to testing needs.
• Follow established procedures and maintain organized lab workspaces.
