Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to represent our brand and lead a team of beauty advisors. You will own the cosmetic counter operations, train staff, and drive sales to meet counter goals.

You’ll plan events, build relationships with customers, and ensure outstanding service. Base wage ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour plus commission; overtime eligibility applies.

As a Cosmetic Counter Manager, you represent Von Maur and impact our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You are responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and inspiring a team of beauty advisors to reach their personal and counter goals.
