Brobston Group is seeking a Cosmetics Counter Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring superb service and sales performance on the floor and online. This role focuses on building customer relationships, maintaining deep product knowledge, and applying counter operations best practices.

You will drive in-store and online sales, mentor staff to deliver consistent service, and coordinate merchandising, inventory, and promotions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
