Job summary

Sysco Guest Supply, LLC is seeking a Compounder to support the liquid cosmetics blending operation at the Rahway facility. You will assist the department in meeting productivity, safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while following established policies and procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of relevant experience. You will work with cross-functional teams, handle documentation, and help implement process improvements for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a liquid blending manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily liquid cosmetics blending operations and operate processing equipment.
• Ensure proper material and equipment selection and utilization.
• Maintain documentation accurately and promptly; troubleshoot operational issues.
• Uphold GMPs, safety standards, and hygiene practices.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.
