Job summary

You will stay current on trends, manage a loyal client base through follow-ups and virtual outreach, and help customers feel confident, cared for, and excited to return to Macy's.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Strong product knowledge in beauty and trends.
• Ability to use loyalty and clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers with beauty expertise and provide tailored consultations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and makeup/skincare recommendations.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-ups and virtual outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stay informed on new arrivals and promotions.
• Drive sales by leveraging loyalty benefits and clienteling tools to promote offers and launches.
• Assist in opening credit accounts and expanding the customer base.
