Summary

Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized makeup and skincare consultations at the Tom Ford cosmetics counter, delivering exceptional luxury client service and driving product sales. This part‑time role focuses on product knowledge, client relationships, and maintaining a premium presentation of the beauty assortment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one–on–one consultations and product recommendations to clients to drive sales and build loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual and counter sales targets while promoting Tom Ford product lines.
• Maintain visual merchandising, ensure product presentation and stock levels, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and ensure compliance with store policies.

Requirements

• Previous retail beauty or cosmetics experience, preferably 2+ years.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part‑time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
