Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Painter and Touch-up Specialist to join our team. Speed and precision are essential to ensure our medical aesthetic devices are aesthetically top-tier and shipment-ready. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values high-quality, precise work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare medical devices and components for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  2. Apply paint and finishes using techniques such as spraying and brushing.
  3. Perform minor surface repairs and touch-ups for a flawless finish.
  4. Demonstrate experience in plastic repair and bonding techniques.
  5. Follow all safety guidelines related to painting and finishing.
  6. Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and quality.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  8. Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience in device painting or touch-up work.
  3. Experience in body shop work is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of painting techniques and finishing processes.
