Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking an experienced Surgical First Assistant to join our plastic surgery team. You will work directly with our surgeons as a trusted intraoperative partner, handling pre-op planning through the OR to recovery and ensuring top-quality, safe outcomes for elective cosmetic procedures.

The role emphasizes sterile technique, instrument handling, and proactive case management in a fast-paced, luxury patient experience environment.

Qualifications

• OR experience in plastic/cosmetic surgery; ambulatory setting a strong plus.
• Sharp attention to detail and sterile technique knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities during intraoperative workflow.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule, charts, and procedure plans pre-op to align with surgeon's approach.
• Position patients, prep/drape field, confirm devices, and ensure sterility of instruments.
• Provide intraoperative support with retraction, suction, hemostasis, tissue handling, and incision care.
• Assist with dressings and handoff to recovery; maintain accurate documentation.
