Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers, part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, seeks a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join our growing Florida network across Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, Port St. Lucie, and Wellington. You will deliver cosmetic/reconstructive procedures with a patient-first approach and collaborate with NP/PA/RN teams.

You’ll participate in education, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience within a national platform.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Plastic Surgery residency (or General Surgery + Plastic Surgery residency per ABPS).
• Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations, evaluate candidacy, and develop individualized surgical plans for plastic/reconstructive procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures as indicated.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments including medical history review, risk stratification, and informed consent discussions.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care, complication management, and follow-up through full recovery.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation for all patient encounters.
• Deliver consultations that emphasize education, transparency, and realistic outcome-setting.
• Build long-term patient relationships that drive trust, referrals, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with marketing and patient coordination teams on before/after documentation and educational content with proper consent.
