Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers is seeking an experienced Surgical First Assistant to join our plastic surgery team. You will work directly with plastic surgeons as an intraoperative partner, from pre-op planning through the OR to recovery, ensuring safety, efficiency and exceptional outcomes for elective cosmetic procedures.

You will be involved across the full surgical arc and help keep our suites running at the highest standard of quality and safety, collaborating with the team to deliver

Qualifications

• SA-C, CSFA, or RNFA certifications are required.
• Active BLS and ACLS certification.
• OR experience in plastic/cosmetic/ambulatory surgery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare case by reviewing schedule, charts and plans.
• Ensure sterile field and equipment readiness.
• Assist with retraction, suctioning, irrigation and tissue handling in the OR.
