Vanguard Automotive Group in Sherman, TX is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair / Cosmetic Technician to perform paintless dent repairs and cosmetic fixes on vehicles. You will work with a skilled team to restore cosmetic appearance and maintain high quality standards across a variety of brands.

Qualifications

• Recon cosmetic techniques
• At least 2 years of experience as a Paint Dent Repairtechnician
• Fast, eager and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform immediate task within target time frame
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Complete paintless dent removal and cosmetic repairs as necessary and review all completed work with supervisor.
• Removing trim to gain access to a vehicle’s body and fenders.
• Minor repairs such as small dents and light hail damage.
• Working with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and/or the overall quality of the vehicle.
• Identifying and completing repairs effectively the first time, to minimize re-work and delays in production.
• Work in ways that decrease the possibility of injury to yourself or other team members in the shop
• Adhere to Vanguardguidelines, policies and practices and acting ethically and with integrity at all times and with all employees.
