The candidate should have prior PDR experience, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Professional paintless dent repair experience preferred.
• Ability to repair dents without damaging paint.
• Knowledge of automotive body panels and vehicle construction.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PDR certification or training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and evaluate dents to determine PDR suitability.
• Repair dents and door dings using PDR tools and techniques.
• Access panels by safely removing interior trim and components.
• Protect paint, trim, glass, and interior surfaces during repair.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and communicate concerns to management.
• Document work, repair times, and vehicle condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Follow safety policies and repair procedures.
