Job summary

Belk is seeking a Cosmetic Beauty Advisor to join the Sales team in-store. You will strive to meet personal sales per hour goals, demonstrate strong selling skills, and execute promotions to drive revenue. Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales per hour goals and be a role model for selling skills and customer service.
• Execute promotions and events and drive sales through customerclienteling.
• Work with store management to optimize business and achieve line goals; reduce shrinkage.
• Meet or exceed SPH and credit application goals; thank customers by name after purchases.
• Provide high level of customer service and support CSS surveys; build customer clientele base.
• Maintain floor and stock areas to Belk standards; handle stock and signage for promotions; follow inventory procedures.
• Adhere to dress standards, cooperate with colleagues, and accept additional duties as needed.
• Assist with non-sell duties as assigned by management.
