Job summary

Belk is seeking a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor to help drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will meet or exceed personal sales per hour goals, participate in promotions and events, and develop a loyal customer base through clienteling.

You will maintain showroom standards, assist with stock and signage for promotions, and support management in daily operational tasks to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal sales per hour goals and drive sales through customer clienteling.
• Provide high level of customer service to support CSS surveys and build clientele.
• Maintain floor and stock areas per store standards and assist with promotional events.
