DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Technician to overhaul, rebuild, and restore pre-owned vehicles to market-ready condition at our on-site facilities. You will inspect cosmetic needs, perform glass repairs, and verify work with leadership, while maintaining logs and safety standards that reflect DriveTime’s commitment to quality.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma or GED, with automotive repair experience and the ability to troubleshoot.

Maintain a daily performance logs and review with the Reconditioning Center General ManagerAchieve the established goal for throughput, efficiency and qualityEstablish consistency among cosmetic associates and technicians by adhering, enforcing and promoting DT StandardsReview and communicate all issues with the appropriate Cosmetic Associate, Reconditioning Manager and ICGMPerform daily area inspections to ensure Cosmetic Associates are keeping clean and safe workstationsPortray a positive image of DriveTime and actively participate in the creation of a positive, professional work environmentMaintain workstation performance while adhering to DriveTime guidelines, policies and practices and acting ethically and with integrity at all times and with all employees.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (The Good Stuff)Must be proficient in automotive repairs.Must be able to trouble shoot basic automotive concerns.Must be able to communicate the causes and recommended corrections for vehicle issue.Must be able to meet metric performance targets.Must be able to learn and operate basic computer systems.Must be organized and punctual.Must maintain a safe and compliant work space.Must be able to learn and comply with all DriveTime standards.Requirements (a.k.a.
