Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Northampton, MA is hiring for 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm–7am) on the corrugated sheets line. You will set up and operate the machine, perform quality checks, and drive material handling equipment as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, read basic English, and be able to work overtime. Strong safety attitude and teamwork are required; prior corrugated equipment experience is preferred.

• Must be able to work all assigned overtime.
• Strong safety background and good attendance record.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Member of a manufacturing machine crew making corrugated sheets.
• Set up and run machine to meet production goals.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure sheets meet customer specifications.
• Drive roll clamp and sit-down fork truck as needed.
• Maintain machine and work area cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
