Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to understand technical instructions and use basic tools.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and manual tasks during long shifts.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Production Support: Assist operators in setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs.
• Machine Monitoring: Observe equipment to identify malfunctions or quality deviations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and perform minor maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials and move finished products to maintain workflow.
• Safety & Organization: Keep a clean workspace and report hazards to supervisors.
