Ultimately, the Double Backer Operator makes a significant contribution to meeting production targets and maintaining the overall efficiency of the manufacturing line.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in non-durable goods production.
