McKinley Paper and Packaging Company in Lancaster, TX seeks an Experienced Corrugator Supervisor for second shift to lead the production floor and uphold safety and quality commitments. You will coach and develop the team, drive throughput, troubleshoot issues with maintenance, and collaborate with other supervisors and management to meet on‑time production goals.
Experience in corrugating processes and knowledge of Kiwi software and Fosber equipment are a plus.
McKinley Paper and Packaging Company, an international Paper and Corrugated Container manufacturer is currently seeking an Experienced Corrugator Supervisor for second shift for our facility in Lancaster TX.
Primary responsibilities are leadership on the production floor and excellence in demonstrating a commitment to McKinley Packaging safety and quality initiatives. The shift supervisor is responsible for coaching, training, and developing their team in safety, quality, production, problem solving, and the technical skills involved in the operation of the corrugator. The supervisor interacts with other department supervisors, the Production Management team, and Customer Service to ensure quality, on-time production goals are met.
