Job summary

Smurfit WestRock Company is seeking Machine Operators to join our Winston-Salem, NC team. We’ll train you, no prior experience required, and you’ll work on the 2nd shift with competitive compensation.

You’ll operate various manufacturing equipment, follow safety rules, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to quality and efficiency on the line.

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking Machine Operators to join our fast-paced, high-performing team environment in Winston-Salem, NC. No experience? No problem, we’ll train you to succeed! Available Shifts and Compensation:

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $26.31/hr + $0.38/hr shift differential

Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts up to 12 hours. Must be willing to work any assigned shift and complete initial training on first shift for approximately 2–3 weeks. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, may be required.
