Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of corrugator operations experience in manufacturing.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory role in a production setting.
• Strong safety awareness and quality control knowledge in manufacturing.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift schedule consistently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the corrugator production team during the 2nd/3rd shift, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement actions to maintain line efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs of corrugator equipment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, safety updates, and performance feedback.
• Maintain production records, report shift performance metrics, and escalate issues as needed.
• Train and mentor team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
