Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Dry End Operator to support the Corrugator in Sturtevant, WI. The role involves rotating across stations, assisting with roll changes, web threading, and quality checks to ensure uptime and product quality.

The position offers a development path from utility operator to full machine operator, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliable shift coverage in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or manufacturing/production experience.
• Overhead crane or forklift certification a plus; certification can be obtained on the job.
• Ability to rotate across corrugator stations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across corrugator stations as assigned by the supervisor, learning operating procedures for each position.
• Provide break relief and coverage across stations without disrupting run sequence.
• Perform visual quality checks for warp, adhesion, caliper, and print/score placement when applicable.
• Follow safety procedures, report near misses, and maintain clean work areas.
