Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Dry End Operator for its Sturtevant, WI plant. You will rotate across corrugator stations, assist with roll changes, and help maintain production flow while monitoring quality and safety on a fast line.

The role emphasizes cross-training, attendance, and adherence to LOTO and PPE protocols. Ideal candidates have basic math skills and a proactive, safety‑minded mindset for a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prefers experience in corrugated or manufacturing.
• Overhead crane or forklift certification a plus.
• Pre-employment screening required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across corrugator stations as assigned by the supervisor, learning operating procedures for each position.
• Support roll changes and web threading; assist with setup adjustments.
• Provide break relief and absence coverage without disrupting run sequence.
• Perform visual quality checks for warp, adhesion, caliper, and print/score placement.
• Follow LOTO, guarding and PPE requirements and maintain a clean corrugator floor.
