Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Team Member at our Devens, MA facility. You will train to operate corrugator and converting machines, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires ability to read basic English, lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime including Saturdays. Benefits start Day 1, with competitive pay and 401k matching.

Responsibilities

• Train to operate corrugator and converting machines to produce corrugated packaging
• Perform routine maintenance and adjust machine settings for quality
• Inspect products for defects and take corrective action
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and mentoring new team members
