Job summary

Hexcel in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Corrugated Products Operator to process HRP-C, HRP flex core, and related corrugated products from start to finish. You will perform sheet trim, lay-up, cures, and inspections, ensuring products meet specifications while using vertical saws, a roll coater, and ovens.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year manufacturing experience (6 months at Hexcel Casa Grande may substitute).

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
Minimum of one year experience preferred in manufacturing; 6 months at Hexcel Casa Grande may substitute.
Proficient with tape measure and ruler; basic computer data entry.
Ability to read, understand safety rules and procedures; ability to write reports and speak before groups.

Responsibilities

Process non-metallic corrugated products from start to finish (HRP-C, HRP flex core, 16# HDC, 17.5# HDC).
Perform sheet trim, lay-up, adhesive cure, splicing and inspection.
Check material for defects and report issues.
Set up and operate vertical saws, roll coater, and dispatch ovens.
Inspect and present products meeting specifications.
Perform transactions to issue raw/WIP materials and stock inspected slices.
Wrap and pack finished product.
