Job summary

Supplyone in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Production Stacker to support daily operations by stacking finished products, assisting machine operators, monitoring quality, and ensuring safe, efficient production runs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with the team. On-site daytime shifts with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry, plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Set-up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
• Obtain and verify the correct cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags for each production run.
• Stack finished boxes according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure each unit contains the proper top and bottom cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.
• Monitor quality of boxes and report quality problems to Operator.
• Assist operator and first helper as necessary.
• Be willing to move up the line of progression to operator regardless of shift.
• Ensure correct bundle and unit counts.
• Report final count of piece unit to operator.
• Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Helps operators adhere to production schedule.
• Make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
