Georgia-Pacific in Olympia, WA is hiring Production Associates to support our corrugated production lines. You’ll work across shifts, including overtime, with orientation on 1st shift. Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is required.
• Experience in corrugated packaging is a plus.
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device is preferred.
• Stable work history with consistent employment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Perform basic asset care duties including routine maintenance and cleaning of work area.
• Work as a team to meet production, waste, quality, and safety goals.
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules, including wearing safety equipment.
• Perform tasks such as lifting and standing for up to 12 hours daily in a loud, industrial environment.
