Job summary

The position requires following supervisor instructions, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting the crew to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior work experience in corrugated industry.
• Prior work experience in a fulfillment operation.
• Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work with crew as a helper.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maximize piece-rate speed on tasks.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Cross-train for other positions as necessary.
• Complete reports including Production Data, Safety Data, and Quality Data.
• Submit equipment work orders and assist in maintenance.
• Switch duties with First Helper as necessary.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Read a tape measure.
