Job summary

Premier Packaging in Whitner, KY is seeking a corrugated manufacturing helper for the night shift to assist in machine setup and material handling. You will support loading/unloading materials and perform basic quality checks under supervision.

This role offers overtime as needed, bi-weekly pay, and benefits. Ideal candidates are 18+ years old, can read a tape measure, perform basic math, and communicate clearly to maintain safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
• Can read a tape measure in standard measurements.
• Ability to assist in the setup and operation of corrugated manufacturing machinery.
• Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during machine operation.
• Effective communication skills to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of corrugated manufacturing machines under supervision.
• Handle and transport corrugated materials within the production area.
• Support loading and unloading of materials onto and from the production line.
• Follow instructions and perform tasks delegated by the machine operator.
• Conduct basic quality checks on produced materials and report defects.
• Communicate clearly to ensure coordinated efforts in production.
