Pratt Industries in Hammond, LA is seeking a focused machine operator to run and maintain the corrugated box machinery. You will be responsible for setup, operation, cleanup, and suggesting improvements to production processes. The role is full-time and pays $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Corrugated box operator experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up the corrugated box machinery.
• Monitor quality (loose liner, warp, size, print).
• Check anilox rolls for damage.
• Maximize equipment utilization by running at capacity and speed.
• Train and assist First and Second Helpers with job duties.
• Cross-train on other machines.
• Complete reports (Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data).
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to the production schedule and suggest improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
