Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a skilled Utility Operator for the corrugator on the 3rd shift at Pelahatchie, MS. The role requires converting experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with CIMMS WIP systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Level 2 Operator in a paper/converting environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with coworkers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uptime Champion: participate in maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• CIMMS Champion: ensure CIMMS WIP storage runs smoothly and stock flows to machines.
• Ensure stock on WIP storage lines is identified in the system and available for set up (minimum 3 orders ahead).
• Assist with Make Ready and Set Up activities on assigned assets.
• Operate at a minimum of LEVEL 2 operator and train new operators.
