Job summary

ALUTIIQ OPERATIONS SERVICES LLC is seeking a Corrosion Control Technician for the Tinker AFB, OK area. You will apply corrosion control skills to repair, install and maintain CP systems and related equipment, while documenting activities to meet DOT and industry standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and NACE CP Level II certification, with at least three years of CP survey experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to work with contractors and government personnel are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• NACE CP Level II certification required.
• Three (3) years of Cathodic Protection survey experience or education.
• Current state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to Cathodic Protection.
• Ability to read manuals and DOT standards/regulatory guidelines.
• Physical ability to perform duties including walking over uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrosion control tasks on CP equipment, systems and devices.
• Conduct CP surveys and readouts per O&M manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain CP documentation and prepare client reports.
• Inspect coating removal, surface prep and coating application systems.
• Interact with customers and coordinate with technicians and Gov't/client as needed.
