Job summary

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a full-time Corrosion Control Level II Assessor to support Tanks, Voids, and structural corrosion/ coating inspections. You will verify entry readiness, document tank conditions, photograph discrepancies, and produce written reports per JFMM.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering, ability to read blueprints and manuals, and ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance; prior shipyard or military experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and repair standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support corrosion inspections of tanks, voids, and spaces for entry readiness.
• Document tank conditions per G1N5/G1N6 MRC and CCAMM.
• Photograph discrepancies with government equipment per security rules.
• Enter assessment results in CADET and internal tracking spreadsheets.
• Generate required AWR/2-Kilos in CADET.
• Upload photos into CCIMS using CCIMS upload tool.
• Provide written assessment reports with supporting documents per JFMM format.
• Provide objective evidence as OQE to customer or NAVSEA TWH for risk mitigation.
• Provide work status updates, charges, daily housekeeping on assigned job, and timekeeping in TAAS-Info.
• Enter and update daily high visibility Availability or Structural issues on reports.
• Use equipment: laser distance meters, flashlights, chipping hammers, scrapers, pit gauge, metal clipboard.
