Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED plus 4 years office/clerical experience.
• Experience with records management, data entry and cash handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Review and process legal documents and court orders using records systems.
• Enter, modify and file reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle money, personal property and property records for inmates.
• Maintain security and logs of property and files.
• Provide customer service to public and agencies per policy.
• Perform typing/word processing and answer phones as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
