Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Corrections Officers and Trainees.
• Oversee staff on assigned shift to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Communicate with management, staff, visitors, inmates and the public.
• Lead and counsel staff and ensure required training is completed.
• Maintain a safe and productive workforce.
