Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience as a Community Corrections Officer within the Washington State Department of Corrections.
• Two (2) years of experience with sex offender case management.
• Two (2) years of experience providing testimony a minimum of the five (5) annually in Supreme Court specific to sex offender convictions and mental health commitments.
• One (1) year of experience with Static 99-R or other actual risk assessment, mental disorders/psychiatric diagnosis, state/federal laws, civil proceedings, I/Is transitioning, treatment and related policies regarding sex offenders I/Is with Axis 1 mental health disorders.
• Two (2) years of experience working collaboratively with other agencies, providers, forensic evaluators (psychologist and psychiatrists), attorneys, and sexual deviancy and mental health treatment providers.
• Equivalent combination of qualifying experience and education totaling seven (7) years.
