The position requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Training is provided; uniforms are furnished. Shifts are 12 hours, with weekend work and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security by enforcing DOC policies and post orders.
• Monitor access to the facility and escort offenders as needed.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Complete required training and demonstrate safe operating procedures.
