Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, contractors at a government correctional location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; document activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and disturbances; notify leadership per protocol.
